Fiona Cliff

Fiona has over 15 years experience managing comprehensive fitness and wellness programs for a number of leading organizations in Canada including Staples, Ontario Power Generation, Microsoft, Kellogg’s, Autoliv and Campbell Company of Canada.

Fiona holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Guelph and has completed the Advanced Program in Human Resources Management at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. She is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) through the Human Resources Professionals Association, and is a Certified Fitness Consultant, Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.

As Manager of Client Programs, Fiona is responsible for the management of fitness and wellness programs for a number of Tri Fit clients and for leading and supporting a team of Tri Fit consultants.

In 2008, Fiona received a Canadian Electricity Association Lifesaving Award, and was recognized by the Toronto Emergency Medical Service for her role in saving the life of a fitness facility member suffering from cardiac arrest.

Fiona is passionate about health, wellness and living sustainably. She spearheaded Tri Fit’s commitment to environmental sustainability, and oversaw the Tri Fit Cares Committee supporting Tri Fit’s corporate social responsibility programs. She also developed and currently leads Tri Fit’s Emergency Procedures and Safety Standards initiative.
