I still don’t know what I did to deserve this. The amount of support is beyond heart-warming, the management is genuine and hospitable, the collaboration and sense of community among coworkers is invigorating, and somehow the role itself is immensely gratifying and motivating. I’ve had my share of good jobs, and even a few great ones; but none as exceptional as working for Tri Fit. In May 2014, I emphatically accepted my current role as Assistant Fitness Consultant. This was immediately followed by a hand-written letter from the Tri Fit co-presidents, graciously welcoming me to the Tri Fit family. I joined the Tri Fit team about a year ago and was impressed right from the start.
