4 Life
The goal of Nutrition 4 Life is
to promote healthy changes that lead to long-term weight management.
During our eight-week program, participants receive individual
counseling sessions and attend 5 lunch’n learn seminars. Topics
include: Conquering Change, Why Weight, Portion Distortion, The
Grocery Store Visit and Diet Disaster.
We have also incorporated an exercise component, which plays a
significant role in weight management. Upon completion of the
eight-week program, participants receive ongoing support from the
fitness consultant.
Fuel
4 Life
Fuel 4 Life, Tri Fit’s nutrition fair educates
employees about
smart nutrition choices. The approach is fun, interactive and
informative. Employee’s travel from station to station learning how to
use Canada’s Food Guide to fuel their body optimally. The stations
include:
- High Octane Grains
- The Pit Stop
- Pump Calcium and Win
- Meat Me at the Finish Line
- The Yellow Flag
A Tri Fit professional provides handouts
and follow-up counseling where
necessary.
Back Care And Injury
Prevention
BackFIT™
Program
BackFIT™ provides the opportunity to participate in a preventative back
care program on the job or at home. Tri Fit’s program comprises an
educational seminar, a BackFIT™ assessment, individual program
prescription and regular re-evaluation.
Stretch
4 Life Program
Our stretching program is designed
to prevent repetitive strain injuries on the job and sports injuries
off the job. We train your employees to lead the exercise sequences.
Stress Management
Our comprehensive one-day program, Thriving on Stress and Change,
helps employees recognize and understand the impact of work and
family-induced stress and convert it to heightened performance,
productivity, and well being. StressMap®, Canada’s leading
self-assessment tool, forms the basis of most programs. Half-day
programs are also available.

Wellness
Bulletins
We produce a monthly on-line wellness bulletin, customized for each
client location. The bulletin includes articles, recipes, quick tips
and book reviews.
Wellness
Roves
Wellness Roves are personally delivered, quick and friendly wellness
messages with an interactive activity and handout. These brief
meetings, which offer a unique opportunity for informal and fun
education, can stand-alone or be used to promote an upcoming wellness
