Management Team

Sue Pridham, Tri Fit Principal
Sue has over 20 years experience in the design and management of workplace fitness and health promotion programs. She has worked for many of Canada’s leading organizations including Canada Life Assurance, Unisen, AIM Funds Management, Labatt, Kellogg Canada and Autoliv to name a few.

Sue is active in the day-to-day operations of the business consulting to organizations exploring the feasibility of workplace wellness along with supporting Tri Fit’s clients and staff team.

Sue received a Bachelor’s degree in Physical and Health Education and a Master’s in Adult Education from the University of Toronto. In addition she is a Certified StressMap® Trainer and conducts our comprehensive stress management program "Thriving on Stress and Change".

Sue is also on the Strategy Committee for Canada’s Healthy Workplace Week.

Sue has published in several of Canada’s leading industry journals including Fitness Business Canada, Employee Health and Productivity and Office Life. She is also a frequent workshop speaker on Workplace Wellness.

Sue has received national recognition for her contribution to the field of workplace wellness. In 2001 She was honored at the Health Work and Wellness Conference in Calgary as a pioneer for her leadership and contribution to the field of fitness and wellness in Canada.

Sue is committed to wellness personally and professionally. She is an avid runner and skier and integrates fitness and recreation into all aspects of her work and family life.

Veronica Marsden, Tri Fit Principal
Veronica has over 25 years experience in the design and management of workplace fitness and health promotion programs for many of Canada’s leading organizations.

Veronica graduated with an Art’s degree from the University of Victoria and an Honors B.Sc. in Kinesiology from the University of Ottawa.

Veronica is active in the day-to-day operations of the business consulting to organizations exploring the feasibility of workplace wellness along with supporting Tri Fit’s current clients and staff team. She has consulted with numerous organizations including IBM, Microsoft, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, Ontario Power Generation and GWL Realty Advisors.

Veronica was the first chairperson of the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation’s Health Promotion Task Force. She has also sat on the advisory boards of the George Brown College Fitness and Lifestyle Management Program, the Canadian Mental Health Association Peel Division and the Streetsville-Meadowvale Figure Skating Club.

Veronica has sat on numerous provincial and federal task forces and been published in a variety of international journals including Employee Health & Productivity, The Canadian HR Reporter and the Irish Journal of Health Promotion. She has also spoken internationally on the topic of workplace wellness including recent work in Jamaica for the Ministry of Health.

In 1999 Veronica was honored at the annual Health Work and Wellness Conference in Vancouver for her leadership and contribution to the field of fitness and wellness in Canada.

Veronica exemplifies wellness in every aspect of her life. She is an avid runner who enjoys the challenge of competing in half-marathons.

Adrienne Sutton, Director of Operations
Adrienne Sutton is a fourteen-year veteran of Tri Fit. She received an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education from York University and holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management. Adrienne is certified as a Professional Fitness and Lifestyle Consultant as well as a Certified Fitness Consultant Course Conductor. In addition, she is a member of the George Brown College Fitness and Lifestyle Management Program, advisory committee.Adrienne has managed corporate fitness and wellness programs for numerous Tri Fit clients.

As Director of Operations, Adrienne is responsible for staff recruitment, training and development, volunteer leadership development, coordinating the student placement program and wellness program development. Adrienne is a dedicated and accomplished marathon runner and triathlete and has participated in several ironman events.

All have college/university education and possess the top national certifications in fitness appraisal, personal training and group exercise leadership. Tri Fit is known for our ability to provide professional, dynamic and skilled leaders. We value continuous growth and are committed to the development of our people, programs and services.
