The Organizational Health Audit
Creating a culture that recognizes healthy lifestyles as a link to employee satisfaction, employee engagement and productivity is an important step in developing a strategic plan for wellness.
To assist organizations Tri Fit has developed an Organizational Health Audit, which identifies key factors that comprise a healthy work environment. The purpose of the Audit is to evaluate your existing programs and services, physical environment and policies & procedures that support health. It also looks at your organizational culture or “how things are done” around the company. Completing the Organizational Health Audit will help you identify areas of opportunity and will provide a baseline from which to measure progress. Have several members of your wellness strategy team complete the Audit independently and come together to and discuss.
