Kick off your conference with a Stretch Break and set the tone for a dynamic and energizing session. Stretch Breaks will energize your participants, enhance learning, build relationships and keep delegates talking long after the conference has ended.

Tri Fit’s team of Stretch Break Leaders will take delegates through a 3-5 minute lively stretch break to music. Stretch breaks can be conducted before the keynote speaker, before breakout sessions or during lengthy workshops.

An UP-Lifting experience! We loosened-up and lightened-up under the direction of Tri Fit’s energized fitness coordinators. These kinds of activities offer a definite change of pace during our conference programs and provide delegates with the opportunity to re-energize.
